Christian Mylius founded INNOVALUE in 2001 along with two other partners, and currently works as a partner & managing director of EY Innovalue's Insurance practice. He feels particularly at home in the sales market and advises both insurance companies and large brokers, as well as financial sales companies and pools.
He supports the management of our customers, particularly in answering questions on the topics of growth and sales. Examples of this include, amongst others, topics such as: inorganic growth, organic growth strategies in broker sales or sales forces, multi-channel management, product strategies, compensation, sales management, digitalisation, regulation, but also increasing efficiency in sales and reducing sales cost ratios.
Christian Mylius draws upon his market-wide network and the extensive experience that he has managed to gather during almost twenty years as a consultant. Together with the company executives, management personnel and shareholders, Christian has developed innovative growth strategies and new business models, realigned sales companies, and advised sales executives on how to achieve ambitious growth and cost goals. Christian also very much enjoys implementing his ideas and strategies and is happy to be judged on whether these goals are achieved.
Christian Mylius studied Business Administration in Hamburg, Malente and the USA. Before founding INNOVALUE, he worked for the management consultancy firms Mummert + Partner and Ponton Consulting.
